Wike Rejects Atiku + APC Women Board NAF Plane – Trending With Ojy Okpe

The Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike, on Monday said that he will not campaign for Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party because Atiku picked people from Rivers as members of the PDP presidential campaign council without any input from him.

The spokesman of the All Progressives Congress presidential campaign council Festus Keyamo on Monday tackled the publisher of Ovation magazine, Dele Momodu who in a statement on Sunday described the recently released APC Manifesto as an appropriation of the late MKO Abiola’s legacy. While responding to Dele Momodu’s claim, Keyamo said that the publisher in his critique of the manifesto could not show evidence of copy-and-paste, and that Momodu should stick to praise-singing instead of critiquing policy statements.

There are mixed reactions trailing a video showing the wife of the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress Senator Remi Tinubu and Nana Shettima, wife of Kashim Shetttima, the Vice Presidential candidate of the APC, disembarking from a Nigerian Airforce aircraft to commiserate with flood victims in Benue state. Remi Tinubu and Nana Shetima were accompanied by other APC women aboard the NAF aircraft.
