How wrong it is for a governor to dip his hands into a state's coffers and donate N200 million without the knowledge or approval of the state's people and taxpayers? This is a clear example of corruption, which tend to suggest that the governor can freely take money from the state's treasury as and when he wants! Nigeria is a hugely corrupt nation and that is not about to change until the treasury at local, state and federal government levels are detached from the control of politicians.
