Wike Calls Nigeria A Mad State + Terrorists Release 21 Abductees – Trending With Ojy Okpe

Presidential hopeful and Governor of Rivers State Nyesom Wike, on Wednesday described Nigeria as a Mad State which will require a mad person like him to make things better.
