The Governor of lagos state, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, in a viral video, confirmed that invesitigation into the death of Afrobeats singer, Mohbad is still active. Sanwo olu made the comments while responding to a journalist seeking justice for Mohbad’s death.
The journalist also recalled how the governor gave his assurances in the case of 12 year old Sylvester Omoni who died on November 30th 2021, from injuries allegedly sustained while in school.

Goodhead also called on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to call the former governor to order, vowing never to fold their hands and watch him take over the state. The minister despite the threats retuned to Rivers State over the weekend, to attend a funeral he was received by a crowd of supporters.
Nigerians have called for the arrest of an Akwa Ibom State lawyer, identified as Ekere Ebong who was caught in a viral video brutalising his wife at their residence in Uyo, the State’s capital. In the five-minute video, the woman was seen lying on the ground with blood coming out of her mouth, begging her husband to stop the beating. The woman was rescued by her neighbours, In the video, one of the neighbours could be heard saying the lawyer beats his wife almost every night and that the abuse has been going on for at least four years.
In Imo state, citizens are calling on the Governor of the state, Hope Uzodinma to make good on his election promises as the month of December draws to a close. The Governor during a campaign rally in September, ahead of the governorship election in the State had promised to empower 4,000 youths in the state with employment abroad.
