“Africa as a continent should be included in everything,” Campbell told ARISE NEWS.
“Somehow people just magically forget when they need to. But we will not let them forget.”
“I feel like the world’s eyes were on Arise FASHION WEEK this past weekend.”
Campbell partnered with the organisers of the event to give thirty African designers under the age of thirty the chance to showcase their designs on Africa’s biggest runway. All thirty participants walked away with $5,000 each, with Kenneth Ize taking home the winner’s prize of $100,000.
