A video has resurfaced on social media of how Pastor Tunde Bakare, the general overseer of The Citadel Global Community Church had explained restructuring to Nigeria’s President Muhammadu Buhari.
In the video, the clergy is seen telling his congregation that if the Nigerian leader doesn’t understand what restructuring is, he should go back to the 1963 republican constitution and understand devolution of power and the golden era of the regions.
