US Election: Trump Prematurely Declares Victory

US President Donald Trump has claimed victory in the ongoing election in the US despite votes still being counted.
“Frankly, we did win this,” he said at a briefing from the White House in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
“We will win this. As far as I’m concerned we already have won it.”
In regard to mail-in votes still coming in, Trump continued that he will be going to the US Supreme Court over the election result, adding that there’s been a “major fraud on our nation”.
