U-23 AFCON Qualifiers: Ahmed Musa Promises Olympic Eagles N500,000 Per Goal Against Tanzania

Super Eagles Captain, Ahmed Musa has promised to give #500,000 per goal scored by the olympic eagles against Tanzania.

The Olympic Eagles will host the Serengeti Boys in the 2nd leg of the 2023 African U-23 Cup of Nations at the Lekan Salami Stadium, Adamasingba, Ibadan on Saturday.

Tanzania held the Olympic Eagles to a 1-1 draw in the first leg last weekend at the Benjamin Mkapa Stadium, Dar es Salaam.

Musa had a phone conversation with the players from his base in Turkey on Friday morning. The Captain encouraged the players to do the country and also promised to reward them for each goal scored in the game.

The overall winners would proceed to the final round of the game, where they will face either Uganda or Guinea.

The U-23 AFCON, which will be hosted by Morocco in November 2023, will serve as the qualifiers for the 2024 Olympic Games, which will be staged in Paris, France.
