Topship Launches Integrated Air, Sea Freight Platform, Expands Door-To-Door Service To Global Destinations From Nigeria

In a pioneering move for the Nigerian logistics sector, Topship, a shipping technology platform, has announced the launch of its Door-to-Door Sea Freight service.

This expansion enables the shipping platform to provide both air and sea freight services, a development set to significantly enhance shipping options for Nigerian businesses.

The new service will cater to businesses and individuals looking for more practical and cost-effective methods to ship larger and heavier items to international destinations, such as the USA, UK, and Canada.

Topship, which boasts of over 18,000 business customers, has long been a crucial link for those seeking flexible and efficient shipping solutions tailored to their specific needs, whether for imports or exports.

Moses Enenwali, CEO of Topship, expressed his excitement about the new service as he said, “We’re thrilled to be the first shipping aggregator platform in Nigeria to offer both air freight and sea freight shipping options. In a market as dynamic as Nigeria’s, we recognise that businesses require more than just solutions for small to mid-sized packages. Businesses and individuals alike need cost-effective options for shipping large volumes and heavier items, especially frequent importers.”

By partnering with a vetted sea freight provider, Topship aims to deliver the same level of reliability, affordability, and customer service that its users have come to expect. The introduction of this service highlights Topship’s commitment to leading the way in Nigeria’s shipping technology sector, offering a comprehensive range of services that cater to the diverse and growing needs of Nigerians.

“This service expansion emphasises our commitment to providing Nigerians with a more flexible and less fragmented international shipping experience,” Enenwali added, underscoring the company’s goal to simplify and improve the logistics process for its users.
