It’s just 2 Days to The to the upcoming elections, the four leading presidential candidates have given their closing arguments. The candidates of the All progressives congress, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, who has a track record in the history of Nigerian politics, has at various times talked about how he campaigned for many politicians in the county and even boasts of bringing the current administration’s into to power.

He has however been challenged on his health, wealth and educational record. Nigeria’s former vice president and the presidential candidate of the peoples democratic party, Atiku Abubakar who has also had a long track record in the history of politics in Nigeria, said this country has been incredibly good to him, And that he is in the race because he is a product of Nigeria.

In his closing argument, Atiku’s said that there was once a Nigeria that catered to the needs of its citizens, and that’s the Nigeria that he was born into, and that he is in the race to help recover and rebuild a better Nigeria. The presidential candidate of the labour party, Peter Obi who has been described as a social media president; and one who has no structure, but he has used that to his advantage emerging as one of the leading candidates in the upcoming presidential election of Africa’s most populous nation. Peter Obi has utilized his massive youth following known as the obidients, a movement that is seeking a new wave of good governance to disrupt the old order.

He is the youngest candidate among the leading contenders and has changed the face of politics in Nigeria, bringing hope to a generation of Nigerians that are desperate for change The presidential candidate of the New Nigeria People’s Party, Rabiu Kwankwaso is becoming a candidate for the first time, he is known to have a massive following in North especially in Kano state where he has the Kwankeasia movement.

Part of his closing argument is that the party commits itself to lift Nigerians from poverty through targeted poverty alleviation and poverty elimination strategies.
