The court went on to award the sum of N5 million damages to Mbah.
He insisted that the tribunal delivered proper justice in the petition against Mbah.
The court said the PRPs claim that Mbah was not elected by majority of cast votes was unfounded.
It blasted the Labour Party for what it described as do-or-die politics.
