The NERC has said that they will be adjusting electricity tariff every month instead of every 6-months as originally planned.
Nigeria's revised electricity tariff primarily targets consumers enjoying 20 hours of supply, sparing many previously classified as Band A customers.
They pointed out that in the last 8 years of the previous administration, electricity tariffs had gone up by 186%.
