Governor of Bauchi State, Bala Mohommed insists that the presidency be zoned to the North-east of Nigeria. Mohammed believes, for the sake of equity and justice, that zoning the presidency to the North is mostly applicable to the People’s Democratic Party because the last president in power from the party, was in fact, Goodluck Jonathan from the South. Bauchi Governor also confirms that he belongs to the PDP and claims the APC, its opposition party, is the one that has zoning controversies.
