President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has arrived Lagos for the holidays after the presentation of his administration’s 2025 budget to the National Assembly in Abuja.
The budget, titled Restoration Budget: Securing Peace and Building Prosperity, outlines the government’s fiscal priorities for the coming year.
The president arrived at the Presidential Wing of Murtala Muhammed International Airport at 3:23 PM on Wednesday.
He was warmly received by Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, alongside other top state officials.
The Federal Executive Council, chaired by President Tinubu, has officially commenced its annual recess, which runs from December 18, 2024, to January 6, 2025.
