Former Governor Peter Obi of Anambra State has never been afraid to air his views on national issues, ranging from the economy to the democratization of the political space.
He spoke to ARISE News on a range of issues, from the crisis that has befallen the Peoples Democratic Party at the national level and in his home state to the race for the 2023 elections.
Mr Obi, a former Vice Presidential candidate in the 2019 elections said the alarming number of schools in the northern region of the country should be a cause for concern for everyone rather than the 2023 elections.
He stated this on Monday when he featured on the Morning Show.
He also said Nigeria is presently dealing with integrity issues describing several elected officials as “thieves”.
