Controversy continues to swirl around the Paris Club loan refunds, following the concerns raised by the Nigerian Governors Forum over the decision by the attorney general and minister of justice, Abubakar Malami, to begin deducting millions of dollars from the accounts of the 36 states to settle their indebtedness to consultants and private firms.
