Nigerians have reacted to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s over 20-vehicle convoy, which passed through the popular Idumota market on Friday, December 29th, with heavy police presence.
Traders expressed their displeasure, some were heard complaining about the number of the president’s convoy amid widespread hunger in the country, as they yelled at the top of their voices in Yoruba “Ebi npa wa o”, meaning “We are hungry,” as his convoy drove by.
