Former President Olusegun Obasanjo’s response to Edwin Clark, Ijaw leader representing the Niger Delta region, who had reportedly said Obasanjo’s hatred against the Niger Delta people was disappointing, has made headlines.
In a letter on Tuesday addressed to Edwin Clark, Obasanjo said he had always stood for equity and justice in the federation but that tribal allegiance had to be suppressed for the state to emerge.
Meanwhile, the governor of Benue State, Samuel Ortom, has gifted a Hilux van to his former employer, a commercial bus driver, in celebration of Christmas.
At an event over Christmas, the Governor narrated his experience as a conductor while working at a motor park with his former boss Mnenge Mtenave.
Ortom said after he dropped out of primary school, Mtenave invited him to work as a conductor and also taught him how to drive.
According to the governor, Mtenave was kind to him, and entrusted him with the finances of his bus company.
Ortom said he decided to celebrate his former boss by presenting him with the van and also promised to support him in any trade of his choice to show appreciation for the foundation that was laid for him.
Finally, Vangelia GushTerova, also known as the Nostradamus of the Balkans, whose visions are said to be 85% correct, some of which include the death of Princess Diana and the dissolution of the Soviet Union, also predicted six terrifying prophecies for 2022.
The blind visionary who allegedly predicted 9/11 and Brexit, predicted another pandemic which would be discovered in Siberia in 2022.
She anticipated that the pandemic would be caused by a frozen virus that will be released by climate change, and that will be famine in India where temperatures will reach 50 degrees causing locusts to attack crops.
It is believed that Vangelina’s predictions will continue to come true in spite of her death in 1996.
