The Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Hakeem Odumosu, speaks on the worrying security situation in Lagos, where there have been reports of increased crime, especially kidnappings in the upscale areas of Ikoyi, Victoria Island and Lekki.
Odumosu says that reports circulated on social media are not backed by empirical evidence available to the police.
