‘No Cross, No Crown’:  Soludo Sets Sights on Anambra Government House Despite Challenges

Despite two unsuccessful attempts to become the executive governor of Anambra State in Southeast Nigeria, renowned economist and former Central Bank Governor, Prof Chukwuma Soludo has again thrown his hat into the political arena again.
On Wednesday, he scaled a major hurdle when he secured the ticket of the ruling All Progressives Grand Alliance in the state to emerge the party’s candidate in the rthcoming gubernatorial election slated for November 6, 2021.

Soludo joined from his country home in Anambra to discuss how he intends to forge party unity among aggrieved members ahead of the election, among other topics.
