No Better Party in Nigeria Than PDP, Atiku Tells Defectors at Bauchi Rally

Atiku Abubakar, presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), says his party is the best in the country.

Abubakar spoke on Wednesday at the
Abubakar Tafawa Balewa stadium, Bauchi state, while receiving defectors to the PDP.

The PDP presidential candidate was received by a huge crowd, while Bala Mohammed, governor of Bauchi, and other party stakeholders were in attendance.

Speaking at the rally, Abubakar commended the defectors, and said the PDP remains the “biggest” party in the country.

He also commended the Bauchi governor for his achievements in the state in the past three years of his administration.

“First of all, I want to congratulate the governor of Bauchi state, Bala Mohammed, for the achievements recorded in the last three years in Bauchi state,” Abubakar said.

“In all the sectors of development whether infrastructure, whether it is education, whether it is healthcare, he has made his mark and, therefore, PDP has made its mark.

“There is no better party in this country than PDP. We are the oldest; we are the strongest; and we are the largest.

“Therefore, I want to use this opportunity to congratulate the people of Bauchi, the governor of Bauchi, Bala Mohammed, for the wonderful achievements and I believe when we start the real presidential campaign, again, we will witness a larger turnout than this.”
