Nigerians have hailed the lifting of the ban on the operations of microblogging website, Twitter by the Federal Government.
Many described the Twitter restoration as a welcome development despite the economic losses for both the country and individuals while the ban lasted. Arise Correspondent Georgina Ndukwe-Ezeanyika reports
