Nigeria: I Won’t Give Up on Diaspora Voting, Abike Dabira Says

Chairperson, Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NiDCOM), Abike Dabira – Ewera speaks on Diaspora voting, noting that she is determined to ensure that all Nigerians overseas are allowed to exercise their voting rights in spite of the parliament’s opposition.

Abike further adds that, despite the fact that the current President, Muhammadu Buhari, has stated that he has no objections to diaspora voting, the legislature remains steadfast in its reservations.

Dabiri, on the other hand, maintains that she has not abandoned her optimism and will continue to campaign for change.
