Nigeria’s President Muhammadu Buhari Friday signed Electoral Act Amendment Bill into law, about a month after the National Assembly sent the bill to him.
The signing ceremony was held at the Council Chamber of the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
Among those present at the ceremony which began at about midday are the Vice President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo; President of the Senate, Ahmed Lawan, and Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila.
