Nigeria Decides: Peter Obi Defeats Tinubu, Atiku to Win FCT

The presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP) Peter Obi has won the election in the federal capital territory (FCT).

Obi won the presidential election in the FCT with a 190,815 votes margin, having defeated  the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate, Bola Tinubu after the summation of all six area councils in the FCT.

Obi secured victory in four area councils while Tinubu won in two.

Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), came a distant third.
