There are concerns that the just concluded ward congresses of Nigeria’s ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) will be an exercise in futility given the split decision of the Supreme Court faulting the Governor Mai Mala Buni-led national executive.
Mike Ozekhome, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria told ARISE News in an interview on Monday that actions done and authenticated by Buni could be declared null and void if challenged in a competent court.
