The NembeSe Congress is calling on the Bayelsa State Government to liaise with the Federal Government and officially designate the oil-spill impacted areas of Nembe a major disaster area.
At a news conference in Yenagoa, the Nembe elite socio-cultural body also advised farmers and fishermen in the affected communities and settlements to relocate to safer areas due to health concerns.
