Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, has returned to Instagram.
On Thursday, a new instagram page called American Riviera Orchard went live. The Instagram bio for the account reads, “By Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex. Established 2024”.
A Sussex spokesperson confirmed that Meghan returned to the platform by the Instagram handle “American Riviera Orchard”.
The account’s first story shows Meghan picking flowers and cooking in a kitchen set while wearing a black gown.
The account already has several posts on its grid to reveal a larger image of a logo of what appears to be a new project.
A link to the website americanriviera.com was shared, but the site does not include any information about what this new project will be about.
This is Meghan and Prince Harry’s first public appearance on social media since their last update on their @SussexRoyal Instagram page in 2020, following their decision to stand down from their roles as members of the royal family.
Following her engagement to Prince Harry, Meghan deleted her personal social media accounts, including her 3 million-follower Instagram page and “The Tig blog”.
