Malami Claims FG Convicted Terrorists + El-Rufai Alerts Buhari – Trending With Ojy Okpe

In the wake of the recent Abuja-Kaduna Train Terror attack and negotiations resulting in the release of some of the kidnapped passengers the Governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai took it upon himself to write a memo to President Buhari informing him that terrorists are consolidating their grip on communities in the state with a parallel government.
