Lagos State has welcomed its first babies of the new year. As it is tradition, First lady of Lagos State Ibijoke Sanwoolu celebrated with parents of the new borns at the Onikan Health Centre, Lagos Island Maternity and Harvey Road Health Centre, Yaba.
