The request for the restraining order was filed by the Airline Operators Of Nigeria.
The Federal High Court, sitting in Lagos Tuesday morning, granted an interim injunction against the establishment of the Nigeria’s national carrier Nigeria Air.
The court further directed that hearing on the case shall begin on November 24, 2022.
