Former Gov Yahaya Bello was one of the three governors that went to court to stop the CBN from implementing cashless policy. Incidentally the two others, Kaduna and Zamfara, were the headquarters of kidnapping for ransom. Can someone exonerate those three former govs for stopping a policy that ended kidnapping in the whole nation?
