Kenyan police have arrested a man they describe as a “serial killer,” suspected of being responsible for the brutal murders of nine women whose mutilated bodies were found in an abandoned quarry used as a dump.

According to the police, Jomaisi Khalisia, 33, confessed to killing 42 women since 2022, including his own wife.

The suspect was detained early Monday morning at a bar where he was watching the Euro final.
