INEBEHE EFFIONG discussed the many issues that have been thrown up over the Magodo Estate stand off and the reaction of the Attorney General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami, to the statement by southwest governors.

He also talked about a recent Supreme Court ruling, which declared that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission could not hide under its establishment Act to usurp the functions of other law enforcement and prosecutorial agencies in the country.
