Governor Ben Ayade of Cross River State on Thursday defected to the governing All Progressives Congress from the Peoples Democratic Party.
Ayade, a Professor of Microbiology was on ARISE News programme The Morning Show on Friday to explain the reasons being his move.
He spoke about his immediate and medium term plans, the pressure on him not to defect, and how he stands with other governors on the removal of subsidy.
