The tyranny of Nigerian elites has been hindering the implementation of resolutions reached at the 2014 national conference, former head of state, Ibrahim Babaginda has said.
The former Nigerian military leader said this during an exclusive interview with ARISE News and faulted the regular calls for national conferences but insisted on the implementation of the conventions already carried out.
Mr Babangida also in a veiled manner called for restructuring and the full autonomy of the local governments.
