Garba Shehu Hails Buhari, As He Turns 79 – Trending With Ojy Okpe

Garba Shehu has congratulated President Muhammadu Buhari as he Turns 79 Today. The president who is currently in Turkey seeking to maximize bilateral benefits in critical areas of Nigeria’s safety, survival, and economic development, will spend the day without the joy of being with his family.

 

In an essay written and published by Shehu, Buhari’s achievements in the last six-and-half years, was highlighted. The article states that Buhari has taken historic decisions which have changed the country.

The Nigeria Governors’ Forum have decided to write a book on solutions to governance challenges in the country. In a communique issued on Wednesday December 15th, the forum resolved that each governor will write a chapter on their personal experiences in governance. The book is to help incoming governors solve the difficulties they encounter while governing their states.

A video of a young man ‘Lekan Odunare,’ who committed suicide by jumping into a Lagoon in Lagos has gone viral. The incident was said to have happened around 10 am on December 14th around the Epe Local government area of Lagos. In the viral video, the man filming the incident could be heard asking Lekan questions and got no response, before lekan took a plunge into the lagoon.
