Central Bank of Nigeria Governor Godwin Emefiele explains why the apex bank sacked all directors and named new board members for both First Bank of Nigeria Limited and FBN Holdings PLC.
Emefiele said FBN Holdings Chair Oba Otudeko failed to listen to his entreaties not to go ahead with changes at the bank, leaving him with no option but to take action.
