Eko Electricity Distribution Company Announces Transition To New All-In-One Vending Platform

Eko Electricity Distribution Company (Eko Disco) has revealed plans to implement a new All-In-One (AIO) customer experience vending platform, with the transition scheduled for Friday, October 18, to Monday, October 21, 2024.

The company made the announcement on its official X handle, informing customers of a temporary halt in vending services during this period.

In a message to customers, Eko Disco stated, “Dear Valued Customer, we are thrilled to announce that Eko Disco is moving to a new All-In-One (AIO) customer experience vending platform during this period. Vending services will be temporarily unavailable.”

The company reiterated the importance of preparation during this transition. “What You Need to Do: Purchase enough meter credits to last the four (4) day downtime period. Load your credit immediately to avoid any disruption,” the announcement read.

Eko Disco highlighted the benefits of the new platform, noting that it would bring significant improvements including “faster transactions, easier credit purchases, enhanced balance checks, and improved billing and customer service.”

The announcement concluded with appreciation for customer understanding and cooperation during the transition, reinforcing that “during this period, vending services will be temporarily unavailable.”
