Up to 26 civil society groups gather at Unity Fountain in Abuja to protest the non-assent by President Muhammadu Buhari on the Electoral Act Amendment Bill. Further details on the status of the Electoral Bill are yet to be verified. However, Special Adviser for Media & Publicity to Muhammadu Buhari, Femi Adesina says the President will assent in a matter of time.
