He scored a total of 317,113 votes to defeat his closest opponent, Alhaji Sheriff Abdullahi of the PDP that polled 104,259 votes.
He defeated Lamido Mustapha Sule of the PDP who finished in second place.
Eno won 29 out of the 31 local government areas in the state with a total of 356,348 votes to defeat Bassey Albert of the Young Progressives Party with 136,262 votes.
“This is state-backed terrorism… Nobody has a monopoly of violence… I completely condemn the entirety of this election and I will challenge it in court,” he said.
The PDP candidate won convincingly with 563,756 otesahead of his closest contender Teslim Folarin of the APC who got 256,685 votes.
The APC candidate has received two-thirds of the votes with 90% of the ballot collated in an election marred by incidents of voter suppression and violence.
Rhodes-Vivour added that lot of areas were under intense attacks by thugs and hooligans but the APC said he likes sportsmanship.
Amaechi expressed dissatisfaction with Saturday’s election, and decried what he called a total failure of governance in Nigeria.
Peter Obi has argued that Nigerians did not come out in large numbers because the results of the presidential election did not reflect their wishes.
They also intercepted 35 bales of fabrics meant for voter inducement in Sokoto State.
“The people of Abuja are the only people who have been deprived of a 2nd tier system of government in a country practicing federalism,” they said.
Another former leader Abdulsalami Abubakar charged the candidates to accept the outcome of elections in good faith.
