A Benue High Court has restrained Ayu from parading himself as the national chairman of the People’s Democratic Party.
He however said he is willing to work with Oyetola for the improvement of Osun State.
Wike has been at loggerheads with Ayu since the presidential primary election of the PDP.
His ward passed a vote of no confidence in him.
“When you’re done with this, you can think of something international, or national, that’s where you belong,” Obasanjo tild Soludo.
He said what the apex court did was merely “to correct a clerical error.”
“The appellant, having failed to disclose its locus standi, this appeal fails and it is hereby dismissed,” it said.

Kumaila said this amounted to destroying and tampering with evidence that would be presented before the Election Petitions Tribunal.
It said 13 committees have already been set up to midwife the transition.

The controversial collations of governorship election results in Enugu State came to an interesting end om Wednesday night, with Peter Mbah of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) clinched victory in Enugu.
