This follows a petition by the party’s former Youth Leader, Eragbe Anselm Aphimia.
Ramaphosa said the elections are a celebration of the country’s democratic journey.
"The NWC deliberated on the report and resolved that the Edo State Governorship Primary Election has not been completed."
He called on President Tinubu to concentrate on tackling issues at hand, rather than play the blame game.
The NWC charged delegates, aspirants and the public to note the official date.
