He said investors seek out opportunities that offer the highest returns with the lowest risks.
He also called on captains of industry in Nigeria to partner with university lecturers to train students on what is relevant after they graduate.
“We want the private sector to get involved, and we are proposing weighbridges to control the weights on the roads.”
