According to TUC President Osifo, “We went on strike because government refused to act on the assault on Ajaero.”
Civil Society co-convener, Mimidoo Achakpa says the issue of prefilled sheets meant INEC did not do its job properly.

A new committee has been set up to address the use of technology to ID Nigerian citizens including underage children.

He said bad management has hindered it Nigeria from becoming a $1tn economy.
He also said that the lawmakers were to be given SUVs due to the bad state of Nigerian roads.
