The Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Olayemi Cardoso, Minister of Finance and coordinating minister of Economy, Wale Edun and the management of Securities and Exchange Commission have paid a visit to the parents of the Group CEO of Access Bank, Herbet Wigwe, who died recently in a helicopter crash, alongside his wife, Doreen, Son, Chizzy, and former Chairman of Nigerian Exchange Commission, Toks Ogunbadejo.
They were at the residence of the deceased’s parents, Pastor and Mrs. Shyngle Wigwe, to sympathize with them over the loss of their son and members of his family.
Wigwe and his family were on their way to watch the super bowl game when their Helicopter that was headed to Las Vegas, crashed near a border city between Nevada and California.
According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, no survivors were located after a helicopter crashed in the Mojave Desert in California.
