BREAKING: Kidnappers Release Kaduna Forestry College Students after 55 Days

Reports suggest that about 27 students abducted from the Federal College of Forestry Mechanisation in Nigeria’s northwestern Kaduna State, have been released.
A source who confirmed the development to ARISE News said the students have been received officials.
39 students were initially abducted from the institution in March but after payment of ransom by parents and school management, the bandits only released 10 of the victims.
While the terrorists had initially demanded the payment of N500 million as ransom from the Kaduna State Government, the Governor, Nasir El-Rufai firmly resisted the option of negotiating with terrorists and insisted that they should be killed.
