Abducted Kagara Schoolboys Released After Nine Days in Captivity

Armed bandits have released the twenty-seven schoolboys and fourteen others that were abducted from Government Science Secondary School Kagara, in Nigeria’s north central Niger State.

A government official who confirmed the development to ARISE News said they are on their way to Minna, the Niger state capital.

It is expected that the children will be received by Governor Abubakar Bello at the state Government House in Minna.

The source said the children were released from a location close to where the fifty-three travellers that were abducted were released a week ago.
