The general overseer of the Citadel Global Community Church, Pastor Tunde Bakare, set social media abuzz, after stating that late singer Mohbad, who died under controversial circumstances, reaped the reward of his unpleasant lifestyle while he was alive. The pastor made the comments at a summit titled Harvest, on Sunday, in the United Kingdom.
Pastor Bakare also stated that the late singer associated with evil people while he was alive and went further to ask the congregation if Mohbad was a good name. Labour Party has described as mischievous, predictions that, its presidential candidate in the 2023 elections, Peter Obi will soon be arrested.
Over the weekend reports of prophesies foretelling Peter Obi’s arrest by authorities ahead of the Supreme Court hearing began circulating online. One of the prophesies was by Prophet David Elijah. The Lagos-based pastor who claimed, that he saw Peter Obi under house arrest. In a video on his YouTube page, the cleric called on the Obidients, to pray for their candidate not to be detained.
Another prophesy trending was by the spiritual leader of the Christ House of Prayer Deliverance Ministry, Pastor Elijah Bamidele. The pastor said that he saw in his revelation, that Peter Obi was arrested, handcuffed and detained in DSS custody, he called it a gang-up and asked peter obi to be careful so that his case will not be worse than that of Nnamdi Kanu’s.
The President of the Academic Staff Union of Universities, Professor Emmanuel Osodeke has raised the alarm over the looming 40 to 50 percent of students whom he predicts may drop out of school within the next two years, if the Federal Government fails to stop the continuous fee hike in universities.
The Professor made the comment during a live television interview, emphasizing that students will be unable to make payments. Last week students of the university of lagos trooped out in their numbers in protest of the tuition fee hike.
