Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has named former Borno State governor Kashim Shettima as his running mate ahead of Nigeria’s 2023 elections.
Tinubu announced this while addressing journalists in Katsina on Sunday.
This is coming hours after Tinubu met with President Muhammadu Buhari alongside Katsina State Governor, Aminu Masari.

welcome the true All Progressives Congress: APC-cus Janjaweedus (The “Janjaweed party”)! And to complicate matters, Tinubu elects to run with a well-known Boko Haramist! What a pity, what a shame!!
Now that they have insensitively trampled on our sensibilities, they should not complain when we react appropriately and call them by their real name, i.e., the Janjaweed Party!
The fact is that the APC-PDP Region-Religion Insensitivity is a Perfect Match for Perfect Loss!
The 'old brigades' syndrome within PDP and APC is now terminal. PDP did injustice to the spirit and the commonly accepted practice of the constitutional Federal Character, in terms of regions and rotation. APC did the same in terms of religions and rotation.
Hence, APC is hell-bent on causing religious war as PDP is hell-bent on causing regional war. A new generation north-south with fresh thinking must stand up to these septuagenarians and rescue their future from war.
Get your PVC ready please to vote out the old brigades who both, as sickly septuagenarians, have only few more years to live and no personal stake in the future of Nigeria!
